Description of the goods or services required

We are seeking to issue a Contract for Legionella Risk Assessments (RA) and completion of corrective works, as agreed with Taff Housing to various properties situated in the Cardiff area.

The contract award will initially be for a two year contract with a view to extending for a further 2 years (Maximum of 4 years)

Upon appointment the successful Supplier will be requested to provide costings for providing Additional Services on all sites to ensure compliance with all appropriate legislative guidance.
