Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the supply and of fit wet rooms along with all associated elements to properties located within of Rhondda Cynon Taff.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The works comprise of the supply and fit of wet rooms as per designs and specifications supplied by Contour/Trivallis.

Works will be issued on a task by task basis supported by a schedule of rates.

Trivallis are indicatively looking to complete approximately 60 properties per year, over the next three years of the contract. Please note that this will be subject to the cost and demand from Social Services, additional properties may be awarded over the total contract length.
