Title
Window Renewal Works

Description of the goods or services required
Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor to carry out planned window renewals. The scope of this contract will include but is not limited to;
- Programming of works
- Surveying for the planned replacement of windows in a variety of Hafod Housing Stock
- Organising and communicating with a variety of tenants to undertake surveys and installs
- Installation of windows (and UPVC cladding where required.)
- Survey and installation of one off Ad-Hoc windows (minimal contract value)
- Managing CDM whilst on site

The contract duration will be 2 + 1 years and contract will cover circa 250 properties from Hafod housing stock over the initial 2 year term.
The estimated contract value is £450,000 annually.
