Description of the goods or services required

The project will involve analysis of existing information and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to develop a programme that will build ecological resilient networks, with protected sites at their core, and so contribute to a green recovery, Welsh Government policy and the nature and climate emergencies. The final report, required as a contract deliverable, will set out prioritised, costed and sequenced actions across a three-year period to support the ambitious goal to maintain and enhance resilient ecological networks to halt and reverse biodiversity decline.

NRW is collaborating with the Welsh Government in order to design the programme specification and will run the contract on behalf of both organisations to help deliver shared policy objectives and legal requirements.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST / COMPLETING THE ITT

i) Suppliers should register on the eTendering portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk

ii) Once registered, suppliers must express their interest as follows

a) login to the eTendering portal

b) select ITT'

c) select 'ITTs Open To All Suppliers'

d) access the listing relating to the contract (itt_86561 title Biodiversity & Resilient Ecological Networks Multi-Year Programme (BREN MYP)) and view details

e) click on 'Express Interest' button in the 'Actions' box on the left hand side of the page

iii) Once you have expressed interest, the ITT will move to 'My ITTs', where you can view the opportunity and download the documentation and where you can construct your reply as instructed. You must then publish your reply using the publish button.
