PCC has, for the last 4 years, been in a partnership with Heart of Wales Property Services (HoWPS) who carry out our repairs and maintenance work for all buildings under our ownership. From July 2022, this work will be transferring back inhouse. In order for the teams to manage this influx of expertise and work effectively and efficiently, software that is fit for purpose is required, Housing require a system in place by the end of May 2022 to have a testing period before going live at the beginning of July.
