Contract for the provision of Lift Maintenance Reactive & Planned Fully Comprehensive Service
North Wales Police continue to require the services of an experienced contractor to carrying out repairs, breakdowns and planned service maintenance to our Estate lifts; with 7 at our Fire & Rescue Stations and 19 at our Police Stations across the region. The types of lifts range from hydraulic and traction passengers, vertical platforms & Traction MRL’s.
The Force will require the successful contractor to be able to provide evidence of both their experience and best practice in this area of work and the ability to undertake programmed work in an occupied environment. To provide a fully comprehensive service with the ability to react quickly to breakdowns and to respond to jobs efficiently providing jobsheets once complete and to communicate at all time with the contract manager to inform them of changes, issues or delays.
The contract is likely to commence around April 2022 and will run for a period of 2 year with the option to extend by a further 3 years in 12 monthly periods.

Mae Heddlu Gogledd Cymru yn parhau i alw am wasanaeth contractwr profiadol i gyflawni atgyweiriadau a gwaith cynnal a chadw ar lifftiau ein Stad. Mae hyn yn cynnwys 7 yn ein Gorsafoedd Tân ac Achub ac 19 yn ein Gorsafoedd Heddlu ledled y rhanbarth. Mae'r mathau o lifftiau yn mynd o rai hydrolig a thyniant, llwyfannau llorweddol ac MRLs tyniant.
Bydd yr Heddlu'n gofyn i'r contractwr llwyddiannus allu rhoi tystiolaeth o'u profiad a'u harfer gorau yn y maes gwaith hwn a gallu ymgymryd â gwaith wedi'i raglennu mewn amgylchfyd prysur. Gallu darparu gwasanaeth cwbl gynhwysfawr gyda'r gallu i ymateb yn gyflym i fethiannau. Gallu ymateb i waith yn effeithlon gan ddarparu taflenni gwaith unwaith iddynt gael eu cwblhau. Gallu cyfathrebu bob amser gyda rheolwr y cytundeb er mwyn eu hysbysu am newidiadau, problemau neu oedi.
Mae'r cytundeb yn debygol o ddechrau oddeutu mis Ebrill 2022 a bydd yn parhau am gyfnod o 2 flynedd gyda'r dewis i'w ymestyn am 3 blynedd ychwanegol bob 12 mis.
