The Group intends to establish a Contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Provision of Kitchen Works at Student Accommodation

The Contract has been divided into 2 specific Lots which details as follows:

• Lot 1 Kitchen Replacement Works University Accommodation,

Swansea

• Lot 2 Kitchen Replacement Works University Accommodation,

Bangor

The projects for both lots must be completed within the following timescales:

• Works to commence on: Monday 27th June 2022

• To be completed by: Friday 2nd September 2022
