Allied Clinical Health Hub (ACHH) Refurbishment Project 2023

Description of the goods or services required

This tender exercise is the next step in implementing the team to deliver the Cardiff Metropolitan University Allied Clinical Health Hub (ACHH) Refurbishment Project 2023.

The aim of this tender exercise therefore is to appoint a Contractor to deliver Construction Services under a Two Stage traditional procurement route (including contractor led design elements), and act as Principal Contractor.

This follows the previous projects completed to date within existing buildings located at the Llandaff campus.

The selection criteria are detailed in the selection questionnaire document.

There is also a minimum annual turnover threshold for the last financial year set at £1,000,000.

An acid test ratio of 1 is required from the bidders last set of audited accounts.

Additional Information

Under the terms of this contract the successful contractor(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental

considerations.

The Community Benefits included in this contract are: non-core. Contractors are required to propose community benefit actions as part of their tender submission and reporting on this will form part of

the contract management process with the successful Contractor.
