Further to Schedule 2, Appendix 2c Schedule of Amendments to JCT D&B 2016, a clarification amendment is made in two places within that document, firstly in article 15 (pages 3/4 of the document) and then in clause 7.3.2 (page 27), that the correct wording is "a deduction of 10% of the contract sum unless the bond is in place" rather than "no payment unless bond is in place".

BIM Requirements - COBIE data not required
We wish to confirm that the COBIE data is not required as part of the BIM delivery. It is anticipated that the project will require LEVEL2 BIM in a hosted co-ordinated platform to allow for the co-ordination of the design, clash avoidance, clash detection, but a COBIE deliverable will not be required. The contractor should include in the model all necessary information to facilitate the design but the client will not be using the COBIE data in a facilities management system therefore this is not required as part of the BIM deliverable.
