The project will require extensive renovation to the existing property internally, which includes a single screen cinema and a soft play centre. Planning permission was granted in 2022 for the proposed extension and building regulations have also been achieved for the internal alterations.

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

The Town Council are looking to appoint Full architectural and project management services required for a extensions to the Empire Complex in the Town of Holyhead.
