Abstract

Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) requires as part of their on-going programme for improving service delivery, the Provision of Window Cleaning and associated cleans at Penallta House, Tredomen Park. Additional requirements/sites maybe added to the contract. This may include additional / one off cleaning at Penallta House, or for a separate Council establishment. A quotation for the works shall be requested at the time. The award of the contract shall be to one provider, who can undertake all aspects of the requirement, where cleaning of windows will take place periodically as per the specification. However the frequency of cleans may change over the period of the arrangement.
