Mae'r caffael yn cael ei redeg fel Gweithdrefn Hyblyg Gystadleuol o dan Ddeddf Caffael 2023 a Rheoliadau Caffael Cymru 2024. Bydd y Cyngor yn profi Contract Gweithredu Hamdden traddodiadol (LOC) a model asiantaeth amgen trwy gynigion amrywiol gorfodol. Bydd y gweithredwr hefyd yn darparu rhaglenni a ariennir gan grant fel y Cynllun Cenedlaethol Atgyfeirio Ymarfer Corff (NERS) a'r Fenter Nofio Am Ddim, sy'n cyd-fynd â blaenoriaethau iechyd cenedlaethol.
