Phase 1 – We are looking for a supplier to rebuild the Estyn website using a Drupal CMS, incorporating a design refresh as part of this, along with an improved search function and responsive templates to support mobile devices. The supplier will also assist with the migration of content onto the new site. . Phase 2 – We wish to consider the suitability of the website platform as an events management system and online recruitment system. We have set up the requirements for these elements in Section 4 of the Specification and seek separate estimated quotes for these areas. . Support & maintenance – We are looking for an appropriate monthly support package to ensure “business as usual” and support the technical operation of the site and troubleshooting as required. . Hosting – We are looking for a supplier to host the new Website that has a proven track record of providing a reliable and cost efficient service.
