Framework Agreement for Capital HVCA Projects

Description of the goods or services required

The Council is looking for Contractors to enter in to a Framework Agreement for Capital HVCA Projects.

In general, work will consist of Boiler replacements (Natural Gas, LPG, Oil and Biomass) Heating, Domestic services and Ventilation systems renewal in School buildings, Leisure Centres and other types of Local Authority buildings.

Tenders are now invited for the following :

New Boilers at St Teilos CP School (LOT 1)

Replacement Radiators & Pipework at Puncheston CP School (LOT 2)

The successful tenderer for each LOT will be awarded the respective Works Package.

The top six bidders overall will be accepted on to the Framework Agreement.

Future Selection:

The selection shall be based on a Mini Competition for each works package or combination of works packages with the same award criteria as that used for the award of the Framework Agreement.

A price will be requested under each mini competition and the quality scoring from the original tender award will be used to rank the Quality. The highest ranked contractor from this selection procedure will be offered the Works Package.
