Cadwyn Clwyd wishes to commission a consultant to undertake a feasibility study into various options for establishing and running a social enterprise mixed-use community hub in the former HSBC building (Llys Owain), which benefits the community and is sustainable in the long-term.

Research sources

Research should include:

• Site visits to Llys Owain, village and surrounding area

• Meet with Stakeholders

• Produce Questionnaires and Consult with possible Stakeholders

• Report on Consultation Findings

• To produce 3 Concept Designs

• Outline costings for implementing 3yr plan

• Electronic copies of the final report in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats, plus three hard copies of the report, should be submitted to Cadwyn Clwyd by the submission deadline

• The consultant should make sure everything is produced bilingually
