Abstract

Newport City Homes requirement under this Contract is for roofline works including the replacement of soffits/facias/gutters and downpipes, not limited to replacement of small areas of insulated and non-insulated flat roofs (including roofs to bay windows). New liquid floor coating to balcony walkways. Painting of all external and internal walls. Replacement of a small number of front doors and decorate communal security doors. Installation of new communal lighting Works around the site including new Macadam areas. Works to steps, ramps and car park areas.
