Arts Council of Wales is seeking a provider to deliver an evaluation service that will:

• Allow us to understand the landscape of festivals in Wales;

• Allow us to understand the impact that Arts Council of Wales’ festivals funding has on the arts sector and more widely;

• Give us an understanding of the impact and legacy of Festivals in Wales;

• Give insight into how festivals operate, how sustainable they are and how sustainable our approach to funding festivals might be.
