Park Ty Gwyn, Llanrwst - Extension / Remedial Works

Description of the goods or services required

The Park Ty Gwyn – Extension / Remedial Works Phase 2 - Section 1 works comprising the provision of Utility Services at Ffordd Berth Ddu comprising of a foul sewer connections and the provision of statutory authority service connections to facilitate the new building development being carried out by G M Jones.

The proposed scope of works will also include site clearance, earthworks and new kerbing.

It should be noted that the Park Ty Gwyn Business Park is occupied and that the Successful Contractor will be required to maintain continual access at all times to existing occupiers and visitors to the Business Park.

The construction works will comply with all relevant legislation, and the requirements of the Local Highway Authority, and other statutory undertakers.

The awarding Authority reserves the right to request a parent company and/or other guarantees of performance and financial liability.

Payment terms will be indicated in the contract documents and tenders to be priced in Sterling. Payment made in Sterling only.

No special legal form required but joint and several liability assumed by all group bidders before acceptance.
