Design and construct sound proofed recording and multimedia studio from rooms in an existing sports hall to include all small power, lighting, fire alarms, fire doors and specialist sound proofing to walls and ceiling. Knock through existing walls to create doors ways. Compliance with current legislation.

Design and construct a disabled access ramp from ground to first floor, to include all structural engineers calculations/design and compliance with current legislation.

Method statement/risk assessment to be attached to tender/bid.
