Abstract
To research different models and opportunities for establishing a special purpose vehicle/community fund/foundation for local giving and social investment in Pembrokeshire, with a view to replace (at least in part) LEADER funding.
To produce a full report on the outcome of a scoping study, with a detailed options appraisal and recommendations to be presented to the Local Action Group (LAG), followed by an outline implementation plan once the preferred option is agreed.
Timescale: July to November 2018.
