Proposed reroofing of former post office garages and workshop building including,

Stripping of existing slate roof, timber purlins rafters battens etc

Removal of vegetation to parapet areas

Retain existing steel frames and purlins

Additional purlins and associated fabrication works

New composite, standing seam metal roof sheeting with proprietary roof lights

New insulated guttering and associated works

All required access and protection to support main works
