Abstract
Carmarthenshire County Council is currently in the process of revising its adopted Local Development Plan, which will eventually be replaced by LDP 2018-2033. As part of the revision, CCC is commissioning a study to inform the potential Population and Household projections options for the revised LDP.
The aim of the study is to provide series of scenario based options of population and household projections, in part by using the most recent published national and sub-national projections. The report should include trend based assumptions, using various migration estimates, various yearly household estimates and other constraints where applicable.
In addition, the Population and Household growth assumptions should consider policy based intervention to justify various scenario options.Please refer to the uploaded Invitation To Quote document for further details including the specification and evaluation criteria.

Description of the goods or services required
