Total quantity or scope of tender

The works comprise of, the construction of a single storey timber frame extension with timber cladding and Trespa panelling externally; a raft foundation; aluminium doors and windows; timber reinforced bituminous roof; stud partitioning internally; floor, wall and ceiling finishes. Mechanical and electrical installations throughout, drainage connections and the construction of an external timber canopy together with external paving and making good to existing external works.
