In order to identify the effectiveness and impact of Taff Vale Redevelopment, Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC are seeking evaluation expertise, to complete evaluation reports at three key stages of the project (a baseline study and report, interim evaluation and report and a final evaluation and report).
