Abstract

The commissioned service will contribute to meeting the housing and support needs of people with mental health who are either homeless or rough sleeping. The support service will be delivered through an intensive floating support service adopting a Housing First approach. The aim shall be to enable people to “move on” from the emergency/crisis/step down accommodation and live independently in the community.
