Description of the goods or services required

As a result of our current business expansion and the requirement to take on circa thirty new staff, we are seeking six experienced and innovative ICT hardware companies, to be placed on an ICT Hardware Supply Framework Agreement, to provide us with specified ICT equipment on a call-off basis for the circa thirty new pieces of equipment. In addition we will also be renewing most of the current staff equipment on a rolling programme basis over the next 18 months. Current staff count is 72.

The principal outputs of the ICT hardware supply framework will be to provide, as specified, approximately 75 Surface Pros, 25 laptops and a number of peripheral items to cover the above expansion, growth and renewal programme of the Centre. There is no guarantee that we will require all the specified equipment and the numbers are an estimate of our requirements.
