Description of the goods or services required

Qualifications Wales occupy a single site, the ground floor within Q2 Building in Imperial Park, Newport. The office is open between 7am – 8pm and must be presented at its best at all times for both staff and visitors. Qualifications Wales occupies 11,329 square feet within the Q2 building and are not responsible for any communal or external areas of the building. The office space was newly fitted out in 2015, and the number of current staff is around 85, although not all are on-site every.

Current contracts for the requirements are due to expire in July. Services.

The Contract is anticipated to start 29th July 2019 and run for 3 years with an option to extend for up to 12 months.
