Abstract

Global Wales Discover is a new pilot programme managed by British Council Wales and funded by Welsh Government (and in smaller part by the Global Wales partnership). The programme offers funding to Welsh undergraduate students at Welsh Universities to undertake short-duration study, work or volunteering opportunities in a range of target countries across the globe. This monitoring and evaluation project is being commissioned to measure and analyse the impact of Global Wales Discover throughout the duration of the programme, and also to ensure data is collected in a format that will enable effective longer-term, longitudinal measures of impact in the future.

Monitoring and Evaluation of Global Wales Discover programme

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

This monitoring and evaluation project is being commissioned to measure and analyse the impact of Global Wales Discover throughout the duration of the programme, and also to ensure data is collected in a format that will enable effective longer-term, longitudinal measures of impact in the future.
