Cardiff Council is seeking to undertake a tender exercise to appoint an experienced contractor who will have the expertise and resource to manage branding opportunities in line with the City Dressing programme for the City Centre of Cardiff. This includes production, installation, maintenance, removal and storage of promotional banners and bench-end advertising.
