Description of the goods or services required

Pobl Group wishes to appoint a Contractor(s) to carry out painting works at student accommodation located in Swansea

The Contract has been divided into lots:

Lot 1: Horton block

Lot 2: Ty Beck block

Lot 3: Rhossili North block

Lot 4: Kilvey block

Tenderers must note that the works must be completed during the changeover period between students during July/August, refer to the ITT for further information
