The supplier shall provide DCC colleagues across the DCC operating area with access to a range of bikes and cycling equipment to suit all budgets, including a cost-effective range of E-Bikes available as part of a Salary Sacrifice Cycle to Work arrangement. The supplier shall have experience in managing a salary sacrifice Cycle to Work Schemes as well as experience as a retailer in the Cycle market.DCC is seeking to appoint a single supplier that shall provide access to a salary sacrifice Cycle to Work Scheme, available to all colleagues.

DCC requires all colleagues to have access to the supplier’s online platform to browse available equipment and place orders. The platform should calculate the salary sacrifice savings.

DCC also requires all colleagues to have the choice of shopping in-store if they wish to do so.

DCC requires the scheme to be available to colleagues all year round and for the full 12 months of each year.
