Abstract
We want a new effective, on-brand site, that communicates who we are, and what we’re about, as well as presenting our key services in an easy-to-find manner.
Once complete, the site will be taken on by the DC Comms Officer and added to with relative ease- with training in effective website management. We have budget for hosting also.
We have an established colour scheme, logo, and brand guidelines which we will share. Accessibility should be the core feature of our site.
Self-service features: contact forms/signing up to our newsletter/signing up to a service.
Twitter feed presence.
Bi-lingual, needs to be English and Welsh minimum for essential pages and non-essential pages need to be easily translated by Google into Welsh and other languages.
Functional CMS – open to Wordpress or similar – ease of update is essential.
