The Group intends to establish a Contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Provision of Empty Homes Refurbishment Works. The two (2) properties are based in Newport and Blackwood.

This Contract has a 2 week mobilisation period and 10-12 week duration for the works to be completed.
