Abstract

Isle of Anglesey County Council wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake enabling works as defined in the specification on the Grade 11 Listed Plas Alltran building, Holyhead. This work is intended to secure and clear out the building in preparation for the main restoration/conservation contract that will be tendered and let separately.
