The Group intends to establish a Contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Provision of Replacement Heating and Hot Water Plant at Dan Y Bryn based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.

The Contract duration is for 7 weeks.

The estimated start date is 9th August 2021.

The location of the property is:

• Dan Y Bryn, 84 Brecon Rd, Pontardawe, Swansea SA8 4PD

The property is part of the Groups residential care homes and will occupied during the Contract period. Access to the property will be arranged through the Neighbourhood Area Manager and Projects team during the course of the Contract, details will be provided during mobilisation of the Contract.
