Description of the goods or services required
Design of an existing tree/grass area at the Civic centre in Cathays between the National Museum & Cardiff University into a new public park. Park improvements will include:
• Unit paving installation & self binding gravel, including coordinating levels & drainage over a large area
• Entrance sign & interpretation sign coordination
• Lighting columns, connections, and electrical services.
• Natural play area.
• Installation of exterior park furnishings: Bins, seating.
• Tree planting, meadow planting, rain gardens, turfing, shrub planting.
• Experience undertaking profiling/grading
• Familiar with BS5837:2012 and can demonstrate good working practices undertaking projects
