Abstract
Swansea University Medical School (SUMS) is seeking to renew and develop their current complement of equipment and expand the capabilities of all user groups.
SUMS is conducting this open process tender to purchase an instrument for nanoparticle analysis (e.g. nanoparticle tracking analyser (NTA) or tunable resistive pulse sensor (TRPS)), which must be able to accurately quantify size and concentration of a wide range of nanoparticles (including extracellular vesicles (EVs)).
The instrument would ideally have fluorescent capabilities and capacity to measure zetapotential (charge) of nanoparticles. Importantly, the instrument must be capable of analysing a variety of different sample types ranging from cell culture conditioned media to patient biofluids (e.g. serum, plasma and urine).
