Abstract

Flintshire County Council (the Council) wishes to install a 16 kWp solar photovoltaic system. The Council is seeking Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) proposals for the turnkey design, installation and commissioning of the system with grid connection to the site electrical infrastructure to form a fully complaint and working installation. It is anticipated that the Contract will be awarded by May 2021, and the design and construction will be undertaken by 31st December 2021. Following completion of the construction works, the EPC Contractor (the ‘Contractor’) will be responsible for providing warranty and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for a minimum period of two years, with an option for a further 2 year contract extension.
