Abstract

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the conversion of an existing dwelling into a specialist day support service building for disabled children. We will assess this requirement by asking for previous experience of similar contracts being delivered. Please provide a portfolio of previous work. During the tender scoring process, only commissions completed within Wales will be considered. Tender documents may be accessed via the 'documents' tab on sell2wales Questions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function. Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 20/06/2022.
