Abstract

The aim of this contract is to plan and deliver a bespoke training programme to refresh existing skills and develop new, innovative ways of working to enable the Tourism & Marketing team to drive forward activity against departmental plans. This involves an initial scoping exercise (Phase One) to identify the skills gaps within the team, followed by the development and delivery of a bespoke training plan (Phase Two) to address the gaps identified.
