Abstract

Replacement of existing timber door and windows with new double glazed aluminium door and windows. Replacement of 4No radiators and re-fixing of 2No radiators to the inside face of the windows. Replacing part of the existing base units in the Kitchen with new stainless steel units. Alterations and extending existing wall cladding, modifying flooring and extending the electrical circuits to accommodate additional power sockets. Works to be undertaken during school summer holiday period. Parts of the school will be in use during the contract period.

2 Contract Details

2.1 Title

Installation Of New Door And Windows 2023 At Tywyn Primary School.

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Replacement of existing timber door and windows with new double glazed aluminium door and windows. Replacement of 4No radiators and re-fixing of 2No radiators to the inside face of the windows.

Replacing part of the existing base units in the Kitchen with new stainless steel units. Alterations and extending existing wall cladding, modifying flooring and extending the electrical circuits to accommodate additional power sockets.

Works to be undertaken during school summer holiday period.

Parts of the school will be in use during the contract period.
