We have tendered and wish to award the service of a highly experienced trauma informed specialist provider who will work directly with our behaviour analysts, the wider staffing team and occasionally work directly with children and young adults. The provider will support the Council to achieve its vision to provide trauma informed services which are evidence-based through “applied behavioural analysis” into our children’s residential and supported accommodation services, to help support children and young adults in an environment where they can make positive changes, where their development can progress and where they can be supported to develop emotional understanding and resilience.
