- All employees working on the Conwy County Borough Council network must hold a valid Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) card.
- All employees must hold a valid training certificate for NRSWA Signing, Lighting and Guarding.
- All employees must be must hold valid certification for G39-Working in the vicinity of DNO/IDNO equipment.
