Bron Afon is carrying out a procurement exercise to identify suitably qualified domestic electrical contractors. We have a requirement to ensure compliance on 800 properties. The proposed Contract is split into two separate lots with up to 400 properties assigned to each lot which require the tendered services.

Minimum standards and qualification required

Bidding organisations must have the ability to complete the construction, inspection and testing of the electrical installations in compliance with BS7671- 2015 and any subsequent amendments and provide the appropriate electrical test certificate(s) on completion.
