Abstract

Newport City Homes requirement under this Contract is for a works contract to carry out a number of external works to the external walls and roofs at a number of houses and blocks at the Old Barn Estate in St. Julian’s. The works comprise of re-roofing works, (Pitched & Flat), cavity insulation extraction, external weatherboard cladding, communal window replacements, Loft insulation top-up, replacement canopies, removal of chimneys and other related works
