Renovation of Market Hall Building, Holyhead

Description of the goods or services required

The Isle of Anglesey County Council are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to complete repairs and alterations to the Grade II Listed Former Market Hall, Holyhead. Works include removal of existing concrete floor, excavation of levels internally, reinstatement of missing stone columns, introduction of steel mezzanine structure and new concrete slab, creation of new structural openings, envelope repairs, window repairs and replacement, alterations to roof valley arrangement, new slate roof with patent glazed roof lights and associated roof accessories. The deadline for submission is 12.00pm on the 15th of December via the sell2wales postbox and any clarifications will need to be submitted through the Sell2Wales portal no later than 10.00am on the 9th of December.
