Millbay Homes Ltd are looking to appoint a contractor for the proposed residential development at Ashford Park (Phase 2),

Crundale, Pembrokeshire. SA62 4DG

The Works will comprise the design and construction of the following:

Phase 2 (21 Nr. Units)

2 x Type A 2 Bed Bungalow – Plots 22 & 23

6 x Type B 3 Bed House – Plots 3, 4, 13, 14, 16 & 17

4 x Type C 3 Bed Detached House – Plots 8, 11, 12 & 15

5 x Type D 4 Bed Detached House – Plots 7, 9, 10, 18 & 19

4 x Type D 4 Bed Detached House – Plots 5, 6, 20 & 21

21 Market Units

together with associated external works and drainage at Ashford Park (Phase 2), Crundale, Pembrokeshire, SA62 4DG
