Millbay Homes Ltd are looking to appoint a contractor for the proposed residential development at Land Adjacent to Holly Lodge, Cilgerran.

The Works will comprise the design and construction of the following:

Phase 1 (20 Nr. Units – Plots 1 and 12-30)

1 Nr. 2 Bedroom Semi-Detached House (Plot 12)

(Social Rented Affordable Unit )

3 Nr. 2 Bedroom Semi-Detached Houses (Plots 13, 26 and 27)

8 Nr. 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached Houses (Plots 15-18, 20, 21, 28 and 29)

2 Nr. 3 Bedroom Detached Houses (Plots 22 and 25)

3 Nr. 3 Bedroom Detached Houses (Plots 14, 23 and 30)

3 Nr. 3 Bedroom Detached Houses with garages/porches (Plots 1 (Show House and Sales Office), 19 and 24)

19 Nr. Market Units

together with associated external works and drainage, all as per the Tender drawings at Land Adjacent to Holly Lodge, Cilgerran, Pembrokeshire.
