Abstract
As part of their capital expenditure programme PTHB require a contractor to complete the conversion of an interview room, WC and store into a new Audiology Suite. The site is in the paediatric Department of Brecon War Memorial Hospital, Cerrigcochion Road, Brecon, Powys, LD3 7NS.
With the exception of the Audiology booth, which is the subject of a direct order from the client, the contractor is to provide a complete turnkey package including all building works, mechanical and electrical works and temporary works necessary to convert an existing area into a new Audiology Suite.
The department will remain operational throughout the works.
