Abstract
Coleg Gwent have a requirement for the lease of new franking machines at its Pontypool x2 / Usk / Newport / Cross keys / Royal Chambers / Ebbw Vale sites. Please note within the term of the contract campuses may close, or new campuses open, please factor this into your tender that machines may be requested to move between sites with the possibility of a new machine being added to the contract.
We are looking for the costs to lease a machine for 3yrs +1 year + 1 year, with also the maintenance cost associated with this, and the price of topping up with credit, and ink cartridges. Please see the technical envelope for list of specifications, and relevant information regarding the requirements.
The machines at Newport Campus, Crosskeys and Pontypool Campuses have expired leases, the machines at the other machines are in contract we believe until, Usk – May 2019, Ebbw Vale – May 2019, and Royal Chambers until December 2019. We would therefore require the successful bidders to install new machines at these sites from May onwards.
